Does the fast idle adjustment not work ? It needs to be faster until warmed up. Also may need some injector cleaner run through it.

very funny that the engine looks like its idling rough as hell and it has no blowby which is the plottwist haha my 82' 240D has blowby but the engine is super smooth at idle and when driving, whatta weird and opposite reaction haha

might want to get the injectors serviced, I hear an occasional nail. could just be the video tho.
