All time you wanna choose contrast:
Braium Enema=Hirshsprug
Air/ saline enema= intussusception
Braium Swallow=Zenker, Achlasia, dysphagia basically; except acute do EGD
Water swallow= Esophageal rupture

if FH of colon CA, then at 40 Yo or 10 years younger than the age of family member dx - whichever comes first
