Barbara, I have to say that this concept of an ASMR video was totally new to me and I had to look it up. So glad I watched your video and discovered what ASMR means. I love the sound of paper and the journal that Nadja made for you is amazing in so many ways! I had seen this journal before in one of your other videos, so this time I was able to just close my eyes and enjoy the sounds of pages turning and your hands bringing the paper textures to life! Euphoric experience and very relaxing to me. I have a fidget box in my classroom for students who need some time to destress or relax. I am going to add this video link to my toolbox of things I can use to help calm students down. I think this is a form of sensory therapy that might work for one particular kiddo of mine. Thank you for posting this....I may never have heard of ASMR otherwise since I don't go searching for that sort of stuff on the internet. But because I frequently watch your channel, I ran across this tonight. Great job!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful new journal with us, in detail. I am sure each page felt amazing and you are right about each page there is inspiration. We are tactile people and we love the to touch papers, they are organic and we need to bring more people into the craft world. It is a great stress relieve. I am sure every time you look through that journal, you will see something different. I have a few letters to write and I just thought of distressing the papers and maybe add paper scraps at the top of my letter too. Have a lovely day.

I gotta share... when I revamped my craft room papers were my issue, storage and stuff, cuz I had way more than I realized. I drug in a filing cabinet and made file folders for stuff like thicker paper, thinner coffee dyed, half sheets, and my favorite section... "Noisy Paper". Now pretty much every time I go into the filing cabinet I "check" the noisy paper file to... to... 🤔 😃 uh... make sure nothing has gotten wrinkled! 😃 Yeah, yeah! 😬 NO!! 😬 To make sure something HAS gotten wrinkled. 😔 To make sure EVERYTHING is appropriately wrinkled. 🙂 Yes. That's what I do. 😁 I "check"... yeah, 😏 I "check". 😉☺️🤗 I knew you'd understand. 🙄 Thanks for sharing this... A great way to start my day. Have an excellent week! Muah MK ♥️🌞🌵

Barbara, this is a beautiful journal! I love the way the papers have different sounds and all of the textures - WOW!!!! I just want to touch the journal I'm wondering how many signatures you included in this journal! I think it is so creative the way you have curled down some of the corners of the pages...I just love this GREAT
