if you think you can use the 0.3mm bit with this thing, you are off your rocker, that thing is so dellicate, if a small wind blows in it's direction, it breaks. FORGET IT

Is it's ok to ask, Is a titanium coated micro drill significantly better than the usual micro drill that's just tungsten carbide for PCB drilling/electronics (should I skip titanium coated to save money)?

The diameter of a standard pcb hole is 1mm which is very thin in my opinion, but I don't think it breaks the bit. On the contrary, 0.3mm drill bits may break if you are not careful.
