I have been a Guinness drinker for over 30 years. During this lockdown, I have been drinking the canned variety, which I have enjoyed but it never comes close to a draught pint.
Out of curiosity I picked up a couple of O'Hara's nitro and the first thing I was struck by was the cost at the till, which is considerable when compared with Guinness. However this stout is from a different planet!. Flavour, texture and aftertaste is fantastic. It is an incredibly satisfying brew. Best drink that has ever past my lips. Also it is a craft stout, so all natural ingredients. Terrific!.

Did that exactly yesterday evening, but ended up with a head of bubbles! What did I do wrong??

first of all this is a very nice beer however i have had issues with consistency, i bought 6 cans so far and 2 where without the advertised "nitro" widget which is just pure neglect of quality control, also 3 euro per can is too expensive, 2.50 maybe. the biggest issue for me is the 440 cans, it doesn't feel right for me to pour a stout in anything but a pint glass which just just doesn't look right for this beer, there is a lot to be said for a 2 euro 500ml can of Beamish
