That kid was as well-loved and popular as Mason Reese for Underwood Deviled Ham and Rodney Allen Rippey for Jack-in-the-box. I miss those days. TV was fun nd home was warm and cozy....and safe.

Every time that commercial came on my brother, and I 5/6 would freeze in front of the tv, sing it, and move on.. It wouldn’t have mattered if it was a 100 times a day… I sang along the video “great times”.

My brother Oscar hated this commercial. Sharing his first name with the company, he got teased in school. I personally loved this commercial.

I particularly loved how Andy would wiggle his foot while singing or maybe keeping time with his foot, indicating a future musician? Good job little man.

One of my all time favorite commercials from the ‘70’s was for Fig Newton, starring the one and only “Big Fig” I still crack up when I see it. Thanks Dave for your dedication, your channel is awesome!!
