So they managed to crash it twice during this test...!? I know it's a Volvo but even so that takes the piss. Could have spent less time clowning around and instead telling us about the ride/handling/practicality etc.

I love mine so smooth, pleasure to drive,
I have the R Design in Rebel blue, these guys did not do it justice at all, I don’t know what kind of review this is, was more like taking it to local yobs and saying what do you think ? Ermmm we got extra knobs 😀👍🏽, , 🤣🤣🤣 I’m a top gear fan myself though so I don’t know this show 🤷🏽‍♀️ this wouldn’t help anyone no info (pros or cons) ..
the front of mine is not boring.
It has the pedestrian sensors a camera
I don’t use the park assistance either.
But great to have the option.
Seats very comfortable (half suede half leather ) a lot of space in the car and boot .
I don’t have the flashy knob 🤔
Nav built in, I have the diesel is quiet!
Cup holders front and bk 🤷🏽‍♀️
Stop /start engine all extras voice commands, dial changes, has everything,
I always get compliments on the car and asked why I choose to buy this car (Volvo v40 )
My reply always same Volvos are well built strong cars, it’s great on insurance.
And I don’t wanna have same car as everyone else,
So not only is it reliable, good looking all the extras and I don’t have to have the same Astra as everyone else or if they think they being different the bmw 1 series. 😊.

Thats pretty dumb, the Auto Park function only controls the steering, the driver still operates the gears, throttle and the brake, so backing into a car like that is completely the "drivers" fault, and if he cant even reverse a car, equipped with parking sensors, what the hell is he doing presenting a show dedicated to cars?? lame...

the pedestrian airbag comes through the hinged area of the hood to protect the pedestrian from hitting "the windscreen", but it pushes the "bonnet" into them at the same time. lol

i consider this as a bonnet to the face for the pedestrian, and extra protection for the passengers.
