In this video, I do a review of the audiobook "Extreme Ownership" by Jocko Willink who is an ESFP Se-Te PC/B(S) MM. In this review, I share how Jocko discovered his Introverted Intuition and learned how to tap into his Ni+Te and Ni+Fi. I also talk about some of the notes I took on the audiobook which I thought are pretty good lessons to take if you want to become a good leader. I finalize the video by stating that while discipline equals freedom is a great code to use for ExxPs in general and for those that share the same function stack as Jocko (ESFP, INTJ, ENTJ, ISFP), I think for ENFPs and similar function stack (ISTJ, ESTJ, INFP), it's better to say that routine equals freedom since it's coming from the Si as oppose to the Ni.

As an ESFP this is helpful for me.

I think I hold myself back sometimes because I have a picture of what ESFPs can do, which happens to exclude certain levels of productivity and discipline. And I know it can be toxic to limit yourself based on the identity you hold. But I also think it's natural to create an identity and build habits around that automatically, for better or for worse. However, seeing another ESFP who is disciplined and highly productive gives me the feeling that I can do it, too. So I am going to throw myself into this book. Thanks.
