Top secret running tip (proprioception training)

PROPRIOCEPTION - The simplest exercise is to close your eyes and stand on one foot. The proprioceptors in your feet will collaborate with your inner ear to help your brain know if you are swaying and determine what to do to keep yourself balanced.
You’ll only be able to hold it for a few seconds at first (it’s a lot harder than you think… and I know you just tried it 😉), but you should be able to work up 10-15 seconds at a time. Aim to hold it for 60 seconds per leg, 3 times.
If it is too difficult in the beginning, you can start with your eyes open until you get the hang of things‼️
You can make it more challenging by using balance boards or bosu balls. Let me know how your first time worked out below!
