The Maldives government has decided to not renew an agreement with India that allowed India to conduct hydrographic surveys in Maldivian waters. The agreement was signed in 2019 during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the islands, when President Ibrahim Solih was in power.

We already sold Akash missile defense system to Armenia.
And yes Akash, S400, Barack8 and other old Russian air to air missiles (which we modified and made another short range missile defense system, which also demonstrated its capabilities during the same exercise as Akash) serves different purpose and should not be compared, instead they are integrated to cooperate and work with each other according to the threat.
People will like to know that we started to develop S400 like defense system indigenously.
