Cake mixes are almost always better, anyway. They have ingredients and additives measured to the mg. They're perfect, every time.

There are ingredients not available to the average consumer, with perfect ratios, which were in R&D for years. You CAN possibly make a better cake, but at home, it's absolutely not worth it.

Frosting, in contrast, is always better homemade. 😋

hahahaaa I just baked a new item yesterday and it was a complete FAIL !! I don't bake much and I guess I will have to find new ways if I continue. I've read that you can improve cake mixes and they give ideas. I'm going to pass for now. 🙄🙄
