DROPOUT & AIR FILTRATION SYSTEM

Sorry for the delay in posting this but I wanted to make sure that the DROPOUT worked effectively before I recommended it.

The DROPOUT must be installed as close to point of use as possible and on mine it is literally before it goes into my @sagolaofficial 5300X 3stage filtration system and then on to my #sagola pack 6000X air & airline heater

This for me is now the ultimate setup.

Hi I am a beginner and i'm learning a lot from this video. So from what I understand in order to use an air fed mask you need a compressor that feeds pressurized air to your mask. Along the way you need to filter out things so the air is clean. You have a water filter a 3 step filter and then it splits.
My questions are
1. are either of these lines what you use to spray paint and how is that set up (as far as i can tell you are filtering the air so you can breath it but is the filtered air also for spraying paint and how would you use one line for both paint and mask)
2. What is the heated air system for

You have got a real nice setup there Wayne, your 3 stage is twice the size of the one I use that's in the link I posted, I was a bit worried if it was ok but I'm low user so don't really need anything like you have, your air warmer does confuse me though as when the weather is warm I get a lot more water in my traps so by warming your air I would expect more moisture or as you are heating dry air no moisture will build up in the lines past your air heater.

Fantastic channel. Thanks for sharing the knowledge! To eliminate moisture from my system, I have plumbed in four 10 foot tall sections of pipe, positioned vertically along the wall with a ball valve at the bottom of each. Each drain collects some water, but by the final drain there is no water. I wonder how dropout compares to having long vertical pipe runs. I have found my method to be very successful in all of my paint jobs, but I have not tested it with the Sagola tester kit that you have. I do like your system, and may even add it in in addition to my "loop" system that I've described.

Hi Wayne, can you tell me if the pcl dropout removes condense/vapour also? My drier has just packed in and I’m considering running this through my system. Currently I have 2 norton water traps and a three stage filter before outlet. With the drier packed in I’m considering a pcl drop out instead as it’s a cheaper system but looks very similar to a normal water trap and we all know how they work. The website says that it removes water vapour 99.99% but no mention of condensed vapour like you have mentioned. Just need a honest users opinion before I purchase. Nice set up you have there.

Hi Wayne, just looking for an update on your Drop-Out filter as I'm now in the market for one, is it still doing the job properly? My compressor is a 14CFM so would you recommend the 11cfm or the 21cfm model? I don't think I would ever draw much over 11cfm for the work I do so hoping the smaller one would be ok, PMP doesn't have the 11cfm and the 21cfm is out of stock so will have to buy one from the link above, oh is the discount code still active? cheers mate, John
