I just can't get enough of all the IDO ice fishing episodes! Such great fish you caught and all will have a chance to spawn again. Anglers everywhere can take a page from your book. Well done, and thank you for all the great tips and info!

The St. Paul Ice Show was a great event with lots of good people to visit with. Thanks for stopping in to chat. Keep us posted on the ice conditions in WI. Things are looking awful warm right now!

James, at one point you showed how many jigs/colors you went through before finding the right one. I was just wondering how much time you give a certain jig/color before making a switch?

never knew how often I caught trophy gills. I consistently catch gills so big so that only the last knuckle on my finger can bend around that fish. I just never had a reference point as to what was a trophy.

Yes, we got out on ice in ND before the warm up and got on a very good walleye bite. That footage will air next sunday.

Have watched a bunch of your videos and I must say excellent job you guys. I live in williston, nd and am going to try and get over to devils lake with my uncle this winter. There are a few small dams around here that I like to go to and normally catch pike and perch. I hit up white earth bay also and catch nice walleyes, pike, small mouth and if I'm lucky a perch or two. Tight lines guys

When I was a kid we used to limit out on sunnies like those on underfished lakes in the area. Sweet.

Thanks LLCoolPeas - those rods are made by Tuned Up Customs. The model is their Precision Noodle. Google them. They make a great rod for pannies.

I love keeping a hand towel across my knee when fishing outside of a shelter

great video. only thing i personally think is that shrimpo will perform better with the plastic at a 45 degree angle.

We like to see 3" of good, clear ice for foot traffic at a minimum and when we're on ice we're constantly check ice conditions with a spud bar and we never fish alone.
