eh, nice work! 

and I m still trying to figure out how to make a motor on a simple bicycle, select front or rare wheel drive. or even both.
motor in the middle and front and rare wheels with 2 chains to give rotation. with a simple selector near the motor smaller gears to change motor gear.

its like a 2 speed gear box but without the speeds and without reversing the motor polarity.

any ideas ?

The nice thing with the ratchet one is it locks the unused outputs. All the others leave one output free to spin.
