Hey guys! After more testing I have some more info:
1. Start botside in the JG and do a 5 camp clear (excluding krugs) into scuttle or back into scuttle.
2. Start Q, the healing and damage from this ability helps his sustain (E was not the move)
3. His W will stun point blank as well and your dash keeps the distance

Huge Ass Warning: Turrets will still target you while possessing. GA won't work if you die in possession.

His clear speed is pretty good, actually. Just utilize your passive autos and cancel autos like you would on lucian autos

The part about his clear is not correct. I played around 15 games with him, all jungle and I could lvl 2 clear raptors and keep the same or even more hp them whan I had. You can freely do fullclear.

Viego can solo raptors and come out almost full HP, his clear speed is pretty fast tbh

i still think he’s pretty weak especially in lower ranks. the skill cap on the champion is extremely high. top lane bruisers bully him, and mid lane assassins can shred his lack of hp early game.

Even in low elo i feel like hes not too bad, whenever you possess viego gets all the champs abilities off cooldown, whilst its not exactly great, ppl in low elo could just unload their abilities and jist ult out

Why do you max w ability after maxing q? It only increases the damage while e increases ms and as plus the cooldown

I think the most insane part about Viego is that he just gets 3 abillities (+his ult) to use with little to no consideration after each kill. The sheer amount of abillities he can use even possessing weaker enemies can add up really quickly, and if you idk posses a 0/8 xerath you just get to click 3 spells really quick, deal a considerable amount of damage, reset your ult and then have your viego stuff anyways. The damage potential of this character in a teamfight is insane if you are able to play agressive, because you dont have to hold any abillity back, for example escapes, instead you can just use them aggressively in most cases and snowball. If you dont manage to get a kill in a teamfight you kinda just starve though, this guys really gonna be hit or miss, especially with the weak early game. Very hyperagressive champion

Viego's clear speed is actually prety decent IMO. 5 camp clear into skuttle then gank if opportunity arises or back to last camp gromp/krugs depending on where u started. I am main Viego currently and He's a beast. Will continueing watching the vid but needed to pause it and write this as you said his clear was bad and to avoid krugs and raptors early... Other then that good so far.

For all the people wordering about ap viego, I tried it and its actualy good. I managed to carry a silver game with full ap viego with electrocute. You max W, and play for quick burst and run playstile. W has a 100% ap ratio and at 3 items (nashors, lich, deathcap) you can w, aa, q, aa and its a oneshot. Try it. Not in ranked tho :)

Viego is really strong with krake slayer and blade and attack speed krit i love this build lol

Try putting a 2nd point in Q at level 3 to speed up rest of camps

After play viego i think the only thing he needs are qol changes on his w: fix the hitbox/animation(sometimes you are sure you hit but you actually don't) and like a -0.5 sec cd on his w per level and maybe to balance it reduced damage(maybe really low base damage but some weak scaling like yasuo's e) and maybe increase cd of w level 1 by half a sec. Probably he just needs the first one but i like the second one too.

He is now strong in low-medium elo. He falls off in high elo. A buddy of mine always bans him, he is pretty insane
