Truck drivers get blamed for everything and if you don’t drive a truck you probably don’t realize they don’t stop very quickly. This is 100% the car fault. #DrivingWithJohn #shorts #Trucker #Trucking #blame

I don't drive a truck but I give them all the respect on the roads

A dash cam is one of the most valuable pieces of technology that a truck driver can own. A driver without a cam is what I’d call a fool.

It's strange how you can't stop 80, 000pounds as fast as 3, 000 pounds .

Driver cameras have saved a lot of drivers that are accused of this crap 😔

That person's a dumbass for switching lanes in front of a semi truck. The reason why is because the semi needs that whole entire distance to stop because they weren't planning on stopping short because of vehicles in front of them. if I remember correctly somebody going about 60 MPH takes I think the same length of the semi and trailer but it might be twice or three times more distance. This could have been even worse if it was winter.

I am not a truck driver, but I have driven semi.S and I was taught right with a manual transmission and for people that don't realize if you don't know anything about semi hauling a bunch of weight. They cannot stop really fast like a car.So if you turn in front of them and immediately stop you're going to get rear ended and it's completely your

Gotta have that dash cam video it has saved a lot of truckers from people like this who don’t understand they can’t stop on a dime like a four wheeler does

I give big trucks their space, i never pass one and get back in front of it. Lots of people have no respect for 80, 000 pounds behind them 😒

All he needed to do was stop behind the car in the left lane...NO NEED TO JUMP IN FRONT OF THE TRUCK!

Truck driver here… wondering which part of the intersection the truck was planning on stopping in anyway…? The middle? Other side maybe..?

Truth!!! As a former driver, I've seen is the car or truck drivers thinking that there is enough brake time. Tsk, tsk.

notice how the truck stops PERFECTLY on the line even after hitting the car.
literally impossible to blame the semi.

I’d say it’s the lights fault, turning red randomly like that is such bs.

Someone did this to my step dad when he was in his motorcycle. It totaled his bike and the driver faked injuries. My step dad was injured and caused him his job.

As a trucker I usually try to stop a good car length or two before the stop line for just such occasions

Trucker didn't miss the opportunity to get claim of his already front broken bumper 😂.

Generally at 55 most cars stop in 225 ft and a semi is 335 ft. Probably something that should be required in driver training.
