Welcome to my once-weekly candlelight vigil and meditation.
For about 20 minutes, join me with a new arrangement of candles and incense, accompanied by soft music and encouraging words.The thought of the week is communicated via text in English at the bottom of the screen.

I hope you will join me for a centering and calming evening.
I am here with my candles every Friday evening at 8 PM CST, live from New Orleans.
