Although not of the Mormon faith I have been reborn and try hard to live for my Savior Jesus Christ. I have been listening daily to the Mormon Tabernacle music on You Tube and I believe there is not a song that this choir can not sing and make it sound beautiful. Great job!

This was a favorite "Negro Spiritual" when I used to go to High School in Jamaica now it is Spiritual and not for any class of people but a universal spiritual experience. Wherever I have heard it, I feel the same spirit flowing through me. As I bask in the feeling of goose bumps, my faith is renewed knowing that quick pleasures are nothing but the pleasures of God are beyond understanding. May we be so blessed to never forget that we are all brothers under the sun. Why then do we not care for our fellowmen. I embrace my Father in Heaven as the Supreme Ruler of all the eternities and one day I will be in his presence. Amen...

Every Tabernacle Choir piece I hear, I feel the grace, love and peace with Jesus within my heart telling me it's going to be alright. The Father is also there as well as the Holy Spirit. I testify that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the true living church on earth. Christ presides over it. I testify Joseph Smith was a true Prophet of God and I testify that President M Nelson is the Prophet today who speaks with God.

I first listened to this in 2005 when I was teaching the restored gospel of Jesus Christ in Italy. It calmed my heart then and calms me now. I love the peace, faith, and love that jesus brings.

This song has always brought so much comfort to me...my heart was nearly broken 3 years ago, at the passing of my Mother, my-son in law, a brother and then a son...all within 6 months time. Music has always calmed my spirit...this song in particular, was a balm of Giliad. THANK YOU~

These words just stood out to me for the first time ever- the water of a river flows. It goes where it is steered with no resistance. Has anyone ever heard of the water in a river fighting against its natural course, or turning around? No! Yet the water does not know where it is headed yet- it just has to trust that it will all be okay and that someone else is in charge. We can be like that with our faith in God- wherever he steers us, even if it doesn't make sense, we can follow. Without holding back, without wavering, just like the water in a river. 

And of course, the Tabernacle Choir is amazing. Thank you for the soul-soothing, beautiful music. ❤️❤️
