I love that not only are you learning how to plate and how to put different flavors together, but you are also learning WHY they go well together. Fine to know that a charred pineapple can go with tuna, but it is better to know about balancing sweetness and textures. Keep going, Chef!

I'm a picky eater too and have just started venturing out of my comfort zone because I had the exact same realization. Most flavors are acquired apparently, so it makes sense. Love watching you just get better and better, man, makes me feel like I'll be settled in my new job too hopefully <3

Im just a home cook but I truly love the experimentation I get when I'm trying to make something new. I love being able to pull from different cultures and flavors when I cook. Trying new things is one of the best parts of being in the kitchen.

Try a potato ricer for the purree xx starchy food in a blender goes sticky, and if you want to do the smush (very technical term 😉) less stick and more fluff is the way to go! You have come so far xxx so proud xxx

Be proud!! Own yiur mistakes, work as a team and back them up and dont be afraid to experiment.
