Bro I really need your advice, I think I built up enough muscle since 8 months, and I need to cut within 2.5 months. I've been doing 3hrs of football daily as a source of cardio and have been eating a 1000 calories. I don't know if this is the right way I'd be really grateful if you could reply to my comment.
