Brand new Ice-o-matic ice machine not working

Trying to figure out why this ice-o-matic ice machine wasn’t working. Turns out the machine wasn’t installed correctly. The machine needs 208 voltage but was only getting 120 volts.

Good video ! Thats Why My FIRST Place i allways try to go to is the Tag on any unit whatever it may be.
You can learn soo much from model & serial tags from the get go.
1) how old machine is etc.
2) voltage
3) current draw / Min. Required breaker size is a big one.
4) Min. fuse size
5) Min. required wire size
6) Condenser Fan Motor size - H. p.
7) Allways Take a Photo of Model Tag at Beginning of Job. saves so much time when needing to order parts etc.
