Christmas: Teaching Us To Give – Dr. Charles Stanley

Would you consider yourself a giver or a receiver? The happiest people are often those who love to give because the focus is on others instead of themselves. As followers of Christ, we need to be joyous givers because that’s the pattern He set for us.

In this message, Dr. Stanley reminds us that everything surrounding the birth of Christ involved givers: The angel, the inn keeper, shepherds, wise men, and God Himself. Later, Christ gave everything He could: teaching, training, time to study, healing, and ultimately Himself.

Giving should be the lifestyle of every believer. We should not just “wonder” about what God says, but should go ahead and ask him for wisdom so that we can give abundantly.

I love charles Stanley but this has to be the worst sermon I have ever heard... first off christmass is not biblical because you neglected to tell them those exact dates feasts .are of evil peghan origion... connected to ishtar Easter. . Watch nystv on this ..or Walter veith.. lectures because we don't want you as guilty as the Roman catholic church ..leading people to hell ..that is the truth the gospel message... people need to know what the tree means and the wreath... the gifts under it .. jesus was born when lambs were lambing...once a year and we think he died on same day ..but this is a perverse child sacrafice peghan holiday that no original Christian's celibrated... this is peghan and man made ..Roman..Greek God.. no true Christian would leave that out of their sermon nor not tell the people the truth about it .. be careful what you practice .. it does not mix ..these are demonic feast days.. go look it up .. watch nystv I know they did a show on it ..but you can find it .. give it up..
