Is this guy supposed to be the bad guy? Because I’m with him. He spent money at the casino, he’s entitled to those winnings and there’s a reason why no one is even giving a verbal guarantee of what he’s entitled to. Once you’re out of international waters they’ll refuse to pay you. It really wouldn’t take much to cash him out, it’s an electronic transfer now, or at least that’s how it went for my boyfriend’s parents on their last cruise.
