I've seen people saying they've altered and switched UR/CR/QCR ratios around, probably for the best because prices for URs seem lower compared to the past few sets with similar structures.

NOTES
All of the CRs and QCRs are new cards, no reprint ones this time around. Also all 10 of the QCRs in this set are just upgrades from the 10 URs. All 15 CRs are made up of Ryzeal and Maliss cards from all 3 lower rarities (only 1 Ryu-Ge CR lol). A few of the URs can also be both CR and QCR. This is a very "new card" focused set, no reprints in any rarity above Rare (excluding Rares that can be SRs), to my knowledge this hasn't been the case before. Half of the Rares in this set can be SRs as well, so 20 of the 30 SRs are "upgrades", meaning there's only 10 actual "SR only" cards in the set. Once again, Chessy Cat is pronounced like the game Chess, not Cheese. Different spelling. I am once again asking Yugioh content creators to pronounce common and simple english words correctly.

I think this set is somewhat of a step in the right direction for these types of set like the 4 ultras per box instead of 3 help a bit

This set is awesome! Upgrading existing rarities into new ones is always great.

They might have upped the Ultra count per box, but in turn they made the known loved/meta archetypes have 3+ Ultras each and all are basically mandatory 3 ofs for their engines. Also having half the Rares being given Super upgrades bloats that slot.

Overall whelming year imo. Ended on a strong(ish) note with Bonanza but RA2, lack of structure decks, and underwhelming mega tin really highlights how much missed potential there was for what's (supposedly) the last full year of Quarter Century

I think this set is very interesting with the different variety of cards you can get. The oldschool slot is a trend in the right direction for them to make packs fun.

This set definitely has some pros and cons. I like how they reprinted a couple older xyz monsters that didn't have many printings. I also really like the new simpler game play of the new strategies as oppose to the heavy combo style modern yugioh has been in for a while now. I've never been a fan of the link mechanic, but I do like the idea of the Maliss design and strategy.

I don't really know about this set. It does have some useful reprints like Time Thief Redoer, Allure of Darkness and such (though they don't really need more prints...) but the new archetypes are already two that will shape the format again. Changes are good... but powercreep is hard. I do like the Maliss art and playstyle though, so I do like it a bit!
