I have adhd and its always been a struggle to find background music that isn't going to distract me but also will still stimulate me enough to where my mind is not bouncing around trying to find something more fun to do. This was my first experience of Chillhop and Lo-fi hip-hop in general. Instantly fell in love with the spirit. I've been listening to Chillhop for a bit more than a year now now and I already have +110 tracks in my playlist.

I never experienced all the bad feelings people talk about in the comments of the saddest mixes because I consider myself as a pretty positive person and my life is good enough to make me avoid such feelings and I think Chillhop enhanced this and made me avoid even more bad feelings. I'm pretty sure I'm even happier since I discovered Chillhop.
