First off, AF Quick mode does not mean it's faster autofocus. It means you half press the shutter and the camera quickly autofocuses. Then it stops. It does not follow your subject or refocus the scene as it goes. Secondly a LOT of people if not most will recommend 24fps. I would argue that's a special use case and still recommend 30 for most videos shot, but that does NOT mean 30fps is higher quality than 24.
Thanks for the video, I was being lazy and didn't look at all my Canon menus because I was trying to decode the Magic Lantern menus. Very helpful. Just need a little fact checking here and there. Also maybe I'm wrong about the facts! Thanks.
