I caught a slug last week and it was just the cutest thing, those adorable eyes! Gave a little food and water then set the slug back in a safe spot where it was found.
Never actually seen a live snail though, only their empty shells.

Film the radula (rasping tongue) of an eating Pomacea canaliculata! 😊 They are freshwater snails, but breathe air. As long as they stay wet, they will be fine for a short photo session, and will eagerly move and munch outside the water too, if given food. Their radula is covered in glass spikes so long they SPARKLE in a flashlight, I kid you not.
