There are so many soundtracks and so many games nowadays, that there have to be some misses sadly.
But hey, you know, I can appreciate the Nintendo sound team for what they were trying to do, shoutouts to my fellow composers.

hear me out, the minecraft songs are great when your building or exploring during the day time, and anything chill. but the moment its playing while your fighting for your life in the caves, it sucks, i want something tense, ominous, something that fits the mood, but ill be fighting the enderdragon and it’ll have no tension to it. the nether is pretty good, but i wish there was music specifically during combat, just have something to detect if a mob has agrk on a player and quickly fade into that for that player.
