The music in this scene is mesmerizing. And perfect.

This was the best sci-fi show in the genre history. It hurts so much to see all this potential wasted.

One of the best, if not the best musical scores in the entire science fiction history come from this show. #BringBackSGU

It flies faster than light, boasts energy shields and weapons, and dives into stars to recharge itself, but rides like an old school bus?

I always enjoyed this scene, I didn't care much for SGU in general though, I wanted to like it but just could not find any characters except for maybe Rush who I found likable or interesting. I also thought that perhaps the use of the communication stones made the whole being stranded millions of light years away seem rather hollow, Atlantis waited a whole season before they actually got help from Earth.

But I do think the show had potential to be very great in the end and getting cancelled before it could achieve that was a poor move on Sci-Fi's part, but what can you expect from people who misspell their name to "Syfy" lol.

The music kind of has a Halo soundtrack feel to it.

Away from the walls.. Turbulence could break your back. OK but turbulence is three dimensional, so how about the floor whacking the heck out of them

If spacetime is quantised ( which it obviously is ) and its inflating by continuos cellular like division of quanta of spacetime, that implies the first units of spacetime still exist from which all descend, ie, a 3 dimensional centre of the universe giving meaning to destinys flight path

It's called "Aerobraking". Brake, as in "to slow down". Not "break".

"Aerobraking is a spaceflight technique wherein an orbiting spacecraft brushes against the top of a planetary atmosphere. The friction of the atmosphere against the surface of the spacecraft slows down and lowers the craft's orbital altitude."

I'm sure that there was some kind of panel where they could have been accessing some chairs to sit on.

The most stable thing on that ship was the cup of water

this show had shity moments inside of ship like those stupid cameras and bad acting, conversations and such, but i loved moments like this, exploring ship, finding the bridge, their expeditions to other earthlike planets were not convincing its actually another planet, still with all its flaws, i watched this show gladly.

It looks good but it has a bsg feel to it which is not bad but it's Stargate, it should feel like Stargate
