Fun fact, the BJ80 is not just a random copy cat, it’s basically a rebranded G class, like it literally use Mercedes parts. The company that made it is called BAIC, they have some really deep partnerships with Mercedes Benz and had been manufacturing Mercedes for the Chinese markets for decades. Another fun fact, there’s also a BJ90 made by the same company which is a GLS “clone”, but it’s not, it’s just a rebranded and cheaper GLS, we’re talking about more than 50% discounts compared to the GLS, and you can literally find the Mercedes Benz logo under their logo anywhere on that car even on the steering wheel.
