Easily the best person they could have chosen to pass the torch over from Lance. His stellar work in Mass Effect as Captain Anderson and in Halo as Arbiter just shows how perfect he is for the role.

Keith David’s work as Arbiter was impeccable. Most epic voice for a character like that. He definitely won’t sound just like Zavala always has, but no doubt he’ll come at it very respectfully

I hope they put in a homage to Lance. It could simply be a voice line of Zavala saying something like "Did I ever tell you about my friend Lance?" Or even a side mission for Zavala personally.

I honestly cannot think of a single human being on this planet better than Keith David to take the mantle of Zavala. The guy is an absolute legend. Nobody could possibly be better for the job as a successor to Lance Reddick. Welcome to the family, Keith!

Great choice, one thing you can't criticize them for is their choices for voice over work. Everyone of them is good. I especially like the voice of Ikora.

I completely forgot about this unit of a human being. Keith David is a fine choice to voice Zavala. He has a great depth to his acting. Cant wait to hear what he brings to the War Table.
