Thanks! I broke my ankle whilst playing volleyball and was instructed partial weight bearing. I was having a hard time with the crutches so this really helped.

Thank you for this. Had surgery on my ankle two weeks ago and hoping to be partial-weightbearing after my clinic review next week. Haven't been safe enough for crutches yet whilst non-weightbearing, I was too unsteady, so have been using a zimmer. Can't wait to get back to normal.

As shown/instructed by your Dr. ... are you kidding!? I almost had to tie him down to get a few questions answered, as did the other 5 ppl he saw behind different curtains!

No instruction at all, from the day of the fracture, to getting the air-cast, to partial weight bearing allowed today. So I search on line.
And get told off by hubby for doing so, because you can't trust the internet.

Why did it hurt under the middle of my foot as I tried a first step up stairs? Ankle was broken, not the foot?

I called the surgeon's office, but surprise: no call back after 3 hours.
