When I first watched this sketch, I was so confused as to how everyone was able to switch places and what not. And especially when Jason took Mallory's place near the end. I was like, How did they do that in front of the audience!? Now that I have actually attended a Studio C live taping, (on August 16th, 2019) I know that they actually pause the sketch to allow for changes like that. So, I imagine in this video, they had Matt hug Mallory, then they paused it to allow for Jason to take Mallory's place, then continue the sketch. The audience would have been told in advance that the sketch would be stopping and starting alot, as they did when I attended.
