We played hell trying to find an off white/cream color for our living space, which has very little natural light, windows face North and North West, with high trees so tons of shade. Almost everything we loved on the swatch looked completely different in our space b/c of the low natural light. We ended up with Hazelnut Creme from a but orange, but shows really well and bright in our space.

I’m about to make my life easier and just go with high reflective white or back to behr ultra pure white in every room lol. I figure they’ll work with everything cool or warm, stark or not. It’s so exhausting trying to find the perfect white trim color for everything lol

Thank you such knowledgable explanations about which colors work together and why they work together or why they don't. As beiges come back around, I am exploring Maritime White. Would SW Cheviot work as a trim with Maritime White? If so, how would Cheviot look on cabinets?
