Hopefully they do what blizzard does best; takes ideas from others already in the genre, and perfecting them.

I am a big WoW fan and got hooked on Valheim fast when it was released, and still play it today. Can't wait to see what Blizzard can do with this genre.

I wish they would do a Warcraft survival game.

Imagine making an Orc base/city, and being able to live on Azeroth.

One thing i do like with Valheim is that you can do either multiplayer or playing solo. I wouldn't expect it to be the same for Blizzard's Survival game but i'd welcome it if there is an SP option.

I really hope we can switch between first person and 3rd person! exploring massive landscapes in 3rd person is just the best! Very interested tho! Thanks for the vid!!

I really enjoy Valheim and was hoping more expansive worlds with that kind of building&'survival' would get made. Seems this and Pax Dei are answering the call!

This feels a lot like what New World should have been and I desperately hope that is the case.

As a huge fan of mmo survival PvP. I’m absolutely stoked for this.

I actually quit WoW for Rust.
Despite being VERY different games, Rust captured that shared world, community feel I used to get in WoW, along with the dangers that come with those factors.
Alliances, player built safe zones, exploration etc. It really captured what I loved in games like WoW.
Ever since I have been hoping for an MMO-Survival hybrid.

I played MMOs for almost 20 years. Then I fell in love with survival games. I enjoy them more than most MMOs now. So I am excited for this but wish we saw something content wise by now.

I hope that this game will sport a fantastic base building mechanism. Anyone remember Everquest Next: Landmark (RIP)?

I know you're confident that this is their next MMO. However, everything you've described is in Ark (as one example). Would you consider Ark an MMO? Sure, i would say "MMO-lite" or probably more accurately that there is at least similarities to an MMO, but I don't think this will be any more an MMO than any other survival game with co-op/PvP (which is most of them).

can I just say that the phrase "infusing the genre with **blizzard magic**" will forever be tainted in my eyes by Bioware referring similarly to their toxic development style. It may not exactly be fair, but I do hope that the dev team responsible for this isn't being subjected to similar treatment, given Blizzard's history.

It's kinda sad, that I'm more afraid than excited. Hopefully I will be wrong.

The question is: did the new Blizzard create this game or was it created using the old Blizzard formula? Because Blizzard has been not good for a long time.

Interesting! I hope won't be only FPS. Especially if MMO. Should be able to swap like many other did well.

Are you using your acoustic foam as decoration now? Lol.

Game looks interesting, I hope it's a full-blown MMORPG, like New World was meant to be, focused instead of fragmented at the last minute.
