Wash your starter locs

Contrary to popular beliefs, when you wash your starter locs, they loc better and faster.
Water is a locking agent. The best locking agent.

The reason starter locs take 6 Months to 1 year to loc is because they are washed 12 times or less in 1 year.
If you wash weekly, in 12 weeks, your dreadlocks will be matured as they would be in 1 year.

I could be lying, but how would you know if you have never tried this? Huh?

I dare you to try and see what happens.

I'm speaking from experience. I'm not guessing or hoping. I know exactly what I'm talking about.

Try it. Your locks will florish, and as a loctician, your clients will thank you.

Plus, it's hygiene. We going to argue about hygiene? All that hand sanitiser in covid is forgotten.

Wash your starter locs. Develop a habit of washing and keep the habit in your loc journey.

I waited 4 weeks before I even thought about wetting my hair, I started my loc journey 2 months ago and it’s already starting to lock up I just wet it in the shower with water, no shampoo until it’s fully locked tho. Also DO NOT USE BEESWAX, I use loc gel. Also make sure you oil your roots with hair growth oil or tree tea oil every 2-3 days
