Fitting 3 Kids in a Bedroom with Ikea Kura Loft Bed | DIY Ikea Hacks

Fitting 3 Kids in a bedroom was especially tricky in our tiny Brooklyn co-op, but we made it work thanks in good part to the amazing Ikea Kura Loft Bed! My son took the top bunk when he turned 5 and our twins fit below him in various configurations on their crib mattresses, including with both crib mattresses under it making it essentially a triple bunk, kinda! There are tons of DIY Ikea hacks you can find to upgrade the Ikea Kura bunk bed, but even without an official hack, there are many ways to use it! We've loved ours for 3 years now but it's time to say goodbye as we embark on our kids room makeover - we moved to a big house but still have our 3 kids sharing a room.
