You are so wonderful to listen to. So fair, measured, thoughtful in your word choice and content and delivery! As an internist recently diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis, i am devouring your content and enjoying it immensely, so thankful for the rheum expertise and new meds that are available, if my insurance approves after the obligatory 12 week methotrexate course! Keeping my 🤞, to have a good outcome .

Hello doctor. I am a patient of Still's disease. Can you give me some suggestions on medications to maintain and limit Still's disease at home? I will refer to them and include them in my treatment regimen. Thank you.❤

Pain is real. My current rheumatologist does not discuss it much. No solutions are recommended. I have a lot of joint damage that was done before I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and that existing pain needs to be addressed. Pain won’t be addressed by primary care. You doctors need to address it. Opioids and tramadol do work especially if you can’t take steroids on top of your biologic or dmard long term. We as patients need quality of life not just quantity.
