Any idea how to use this on an existing portrait? For example I want to change the pose of a portrait but the subject picture does not show the arms, I want to change the arms and hands positioning via openpose and in the process removes the original arms of the subject portrait. I see a lot of tutorial using openpose for text to img but never on img2img.

This can be improved using line, through photoshop you can use line to respect the pose, but in this case the line will be important and the pose less important.

I want to change the pose of my Photo. Not to create AI that pose like mine. Can DWPose or Stable Diffusion do that?

DW is "hands down" better if you'll excuse the pun. Openplse does an okay job if you're doing head and shoulders but generally produces horrible hands and feet especially if you're not using a high res reference image or if any of the shape is obscured.

It's a pity because I don't mind doing manual adjustments but both editors I've tried are far too rudimentary.

At this stage I'm planning on using Blender with Openpose export for anything I want full control over.

What file are you downloading from huggingface? You literally spent a second on it and wiggled your cursor all over the page. Which file do we need to download?

I followed the directions but dw pose doesnt show up in control net after adding extensions and restarting. All that shows up is openpose. You mention downloading controlv1 manually and installing in the folder but which folder are you talking about?

with dw_openpose_full selected, everytime i press the explosion icon to show preview it gives me an error and doesnt show the preview to edit, can anybody help?

Your "installing control net" stage, you really should have clearly explained which folder the openpose model goes into, not, "simply install it to the file folder".
