Pros
- Folding drone for portability.
- Brushless motors
- Takes 4K (4096 x 3072 pixel) photos, and 2K (2048 x 1090 pixel @ 25fps) video. No fisheye effect! That's unusual in this price range.
- Includes two axis stabilized gimbal. With the inclusion of this gimbal, the video that this drone takes is reasonably good for a drone at this price.
- GPS and optical flow sensors for stable hover.
- Automatic return to home and landing capability on command, loss of signal, and low battery.
- As advertised, 20 minute flight time is true.
- Over 600 meter control and FPV range.

Cons
- Although you can still record video and photos with out the app, use of the app for FPV and advanced flight modes requires a phone with 802.11ac WiFi capability. Not all phones have 802.11ac WiFi. To avoid disappointment and before purchasing, it is very important to first verify that your phone does indeed have 802.11ac WiFi.
- The HFun Pro app is very processor intensive. Requires a newer processor to operate properly. Older phones (like mine) may experience significant FPV video lag, and poor performance of some of the app's advanced flight modes (circle position, optical follow, and waypoints did not work with my phone).

Flew mine for the first time yesterday, it's the first drone I've had and I couldn't believe how easy it was to fly. The functions I used worked fine until the battery ran out and had no lag using an iphone x. Really impressed with it for what it cost.

I've just had mine a day and have a few questions that I will forego asking until I can research them myself, first. But I did want to make a suggestion that I've found useful and not discussed in the comments below. As QC101 mentioned, the user guide print is too tiny to be readable by anyone over about 11 years old <G>. What I did was scan the pages at 600 dpi and that let me blow them up so 2 pages just about filled an 8.5x11 piece of paper in landscape mode. It made the text readable. Suspect you could do the equivalent by photographing the pages close up and blowing them up to full page size. Focus would be critical so it might be prudent to take a few photos of each page pair to increase the odds of at least one shot being in sharp focus.

Roll back 18 months and see what $120 would have bought you, these toy grade drones are now offering acceptable playtime value for money, I do hope all the enthusiasts ( I am one ) do not poo poo this entry drone, it looks good value to me for someone dipping their toe into the hobby without breaking the bank.

You need to turn stabilisation and 4K on! I’ve had this drone for two months now, with absolutely no lag whatsoever. It’s always as smooth as silk.
I regularly get 900 metres with no dropout!

Hi, when you say remove gimbal cover make sure you do before powering up ! I had forgot to do this at first, and when i did the camera was just flopping around, so after performing surgery on it i discovered the nut on the motor for up and down was loose so i took the nut off and took needle nose pliers to the motor shaft and squeezed it carefully not to bend that tiny shaft, pressed the nut back on now its fixed

Quick question. Does flying too far or too high (leading to a loss of connection to the controller) lead to the drone flying off on its own? I understand that losing battery causes a "return to home" but how about a loss of connection such as in this scenario.
