It was flapping! 99.9% of my tarp loads are odd shapes like that and the tarps flap, rip, or bungee break. I spend more time on side of the road trying to fix the flapping than it took to load

What classifies it as a '4 ft tarp'?

It Bellowed up going down the road didn't it? Run your Bungee's under the load and hook the tarp to itself. I carried ropes for that! Good Content!
