Using dried or fresh coconut is great idea. As coconut leaves oil after cooked for a while, we don’t need to add any other oil for tempering.❤

Ek limit me har chiz achhi hoti hai...
Oils apne saath kaafi health benefits leke aate hai...but uske excessive use se problems hoti hai...
Baaki ek limit me use Kiya jae to oil and ghee ye dono bohot benefits leke aate hai apne body ke liye...
But injese logo ka mat suniye...oil aur ghee daily diet ka part hona hi chahiye bus uski ek limit honi chahiye...
Baki use completely khane se bahar rakhana wo to Bina sence ki baat hai...
