Surprised you didn't mention the negative aspects of mouthwash in relation to nitric oxide.

Most of it is true or likely to be true. I don't agree with using a soft toothbrush; it decreases the efficiency of brushing and mechanical cleaning. I would expect Mr. Huberman to post some research results in the video description. Considering the information wasteland we live in, this video may not be a gem, but it is beneficial.

PS: As an endodontist, maybe I should start my neuroscience podcast soon.
