The Sims Mobile is closing down? 2024 update

The game should invest in pets, a more advanced construction mode, we can delete items from the inventory, Genderless clothes, real swimming pools, etc.

I saw this coming. And in my opinion, it won't take long for the game to be shut down completely, as they cannot re-run the old events forever.. I enjoyed the game very much until EA started with re-runs of the festival seasons - since then I struggle very much to find motivation to play, build.. even my Sims are tired of doing the same actions with the same items all over again 😅 I used to love the game, I don't regret spending real money on it because it made me happy at the time. I found few amazing friends via TSM and got to know this great community here on Youtube and on Reddit.

Rachy, thank you for all your hard work you've been doing to keep us informed. TSM updates wouldn't have been so exciting without your videos and spot-on comments ❤😊

They've been jerking us around since at least the "Where's the Network" bug, it's lousy. It was clearly coming but so damn disrespectful.

I’m actually surprised 😮 and sad too but this is what happenes when they don’t listen to us anymore and keepbig us down. I stopped playing since last spring.

I just hope that at least we’ll be able to play it. But having reruns of the old packs from the TH and ST or an option to continuously receive items from something like eco workshop would be nice.

Started with TSM a couple months ago. Then I tried Freeplay and IMO it's sooo much better. I find the relationship building and control over SIMS much more satisfying.

I'm honestly mixed on this news. I left this game a few years ago after loosing so much progress and making events super unfair. Now its shutting down.

This make me extremely sad. I liked waiting for new events on Mondays even tho there was 70% chance of being disappointed with the items most of times.
I think I will be taking some time off😭 I don't wanna play rn
