Ill have to keep this new model in mind. Ive had a 2767 since 2018 and I use it every day I go to work. Its never failed me and its still hammering strong. At this point I wouldnt be upgrading because I need it but rather Id want it. Bring the old one home to retire after 5 long years of bustin bolts

I just got my 2967 and i kicked myself because i spent way too much and its over kill for my little Honda Fit. As it turns out i had to make a really tuff major repair last week on a steering knuckle and a lower control arm i swaped out and the 2967 really helped me out. Its heavy as hell but its super smooth and im getting use to it. I use my M18 compact 3/8 alot but it sometimes struggles with those 17 mm and 19mm long heavy bolts. Again, I'm glad i got the 2967.

Wish they had a 1/4 anvil buttlerfly cordless - compact impact and does not need to be super powerful as 6mm x 1.00mm fasteners will break.

ive used the same battery in my 2767 for 5 years now. same battery everyday 5 days a week since the day i bought it. battery break apart? i unno about that one. sounds like abuse.

I loved electric impacts, but replacing batteries and other bs that comes with made me go back to air.

If they had a better warrenty, I’d consider another one. But their warrenty is a joke. Oh, they’ll take it apart in 30 pieces and won’t put it back together for you. Rebuild is the same price almost as buying new and updated…but you only get 90 day warrenty. Be cautious. Their warrenty customer service sucks. Your better off going to Harbor Freight.

I prefer Makita. Milwaukee pushes profit over quality. They don’t last.
