If you want to present a well insulated shop you should go to the northern states or Canada where insulation is VERY important.

a reputable contractor is a HUGE deal. I just put up a dinky 30x50x14 shop. I thought I got a reputable contractor. Nope. Idiot won't stand by his work. Can't blame him really since its so crappy. :(
