The reason I don’t like this is there could be something that will be good for you but you are afraid of it. You’re not gonna get a full body yes in that case

I feel like I'm struggling a bit to assimilate the thing. So basically if I'm not 100% in, is it a no? I sometimes find myself contradicted by one of those systems. Wouldn't I miss out on a lot of experiences by being that strict? It's true that perhaps I don't enjoy them fully but isn't it childish to say no? Am I disrespecting the will of the body or the world around me?

It could be that the 3 centres of intelligence (head, heart, gut) aren't aligned... which could be why the answer is no from some of those. It's worthwhile to align them (I coach people on this) to get generative wisdom to come through.
