Looks like the balance of the car Is changed. Now It looks to have a balanced base that respond very well at the steering input, this could also be the reason why sainz Is struggrling as we know he tends to be smooth with the steering wheel

The new outright record for Baku City Circuit is a positive surprise because I expected only last season's pole time would get beaten.
This particular circuit is seemingly an outlier where 2023-spec can match & surpass the 2017-2021 aero era in ultimate lap time.
Additionally, I've always liked the noticeable PU sound change via RPM increase that regularly happens in Baku when DRS gets activated on the longest full-throttle section.
