It always annoyed me that Fulcrum doesn’t have the Phoenix tag. Her intruduction in Rebels literally reveals that the Spectres are only part of the larger Phoenix rebel cell.

There already is a revive mechanic in the team, the Backup Plan Ezra spreads in GAC.
And the enemy that gains Exile doesn't actually get any stat bonuses, unless there is an Exile Ezra on the opposing team, the stat increase clause only applies to allies.

I honestly can't imagine Fulcrum getting the Spectre tag. Spectre was the call sign of the Phoenix crew(because of the ship names), and Fulcrum was Ahsoka's call sign, so that would be plain wrong.

Thanks for the kit rundown! And since you invited me to do so, I'm going to point out how wrong I think you might be! (But only a little bit, I promise).

The second special's decrease of its cooldown is not part of the "per critical hit" section, I don't think. It looks like there's a period after all of the 'per crit' bonuses, and then an additional clause that reduces the cooldown by 1. I could be wrong about that, however.

Also, when Ezra passes Exile to an enemy, they shouldn't be gaining any bonuses since Ezra gives those bonuses only to Allies who gain Exile, I'm pretty sure.

Not sure about all of that, but hopefully you might have some insights. Thank you again for the kit breakdown! Would love to see more videos like this in the future! ^_^

I think Ahsoka will also have the spectre tag and as you said we probably get a new Sabine, Hera (maybe also Zeb) because they said: „The crew of the Ghost (and by extension Ahsoka Tano) were code-named Spectres on their missions. We thought this was a nice nod to tie all these characters together under a unified tag to make sure they had synergy without having to do specific-named callouts in abilities.“

Backup plan is also a revive mechanic, that may be all the bonus through defeat may be referencing.

I think they’re gonna do Spectres from Phoenix like they did Remnants from Empire/Troopers. The first 5, OG Gideon, Dark, Storm, Death, and Scout Trooper were all Troopers and Remnants. DTMG came and was a Remnant, but not a Trooper. The Zombie Trio eventually came as Remnants, but neither Empire nor Troopers, and TIE Fighter Pilot got the Remnant tag, but not the Trooper tag. I imagine with Phoenix it’s the OG 6 minus CRex that will get the Spectre tag, then Huyang, Jedi Sabine, and Ezra Bridger (Exile) can come and be Spectres but not Phoenix, culminating in Ahsoka Tano being a new Spectre leader. Note how new Ezra has no Rebel tag or synergy, similar to how the Zombie Remnants have no Empire tag. Could be the same case with the Marquee Spectres. I imagine the new team is Ahsoka with Exiled Ezra, Jedi Sabine, Huyang, and one of the Phoenix Spectres - could be Ezra, since he can do some damage and can do more damage with new Ezra.

Personally, I don’t think a TIE Fighter Pilot scenario will occur, where an old Rebel separate from the Phoenix squadron will get the Spectre tag, like the only toon I can think of is Wedge since he became part of the Rebellion because of Phoenix Squadron, but a quick Wiki search says he wasn’t part of the New Republic after the Battle of Jakku, and only joined the Resistance at the Battle of Exegol, so I doubt it

The exile buffs only works for allies, enemies don't gain the stat buffs.

Phoenix are part of Specters in New Republic Era. Specters grew into sort of brigade and Hera is its General. There are lots of rebels in there and fulcrum Ahsoka as I understand was a Specter, same as (rogue)Agent Callus, etc. And probably all rebels inside mandoverse.
In prev. vid I wrote my speculations, that GLA will require Kenan, Hera, regular Sabine, and mb Chopper(if not Huyang).
But padawan Sabine will be a requirement for GL Thrawn, but part of Ahsoka's own team.
And exile Ezra just feed my suspitions. Though, I never would expect Specter tag.
And currently, I guess Zeb will be part of GL Ahsoka's team but not a requirement.

After the introduction of the new tag, I'm pretty sure we're getting new Sabine and Hera, that will form the team with Ezra and Huyang. I'm assuming all of them except Ezra will be requirments too. Man there's a whole lotta farming coming our way the next months...

We are definitely getting a padawan sabine so if you add zeb as hes not currently used in phoenix you just need 1 more

Even before getting Ahsoka (and I am not going to be getting her for a while) I am really excited for Ezra. I think he will be able to slot into a JML team really well. He doesn't actually lose a huge amount by not being with spectres and could potentially even replace Hermit Yoda maybe.

I don't think enemies will gain the buffs from Exile unless they also have an Ezra on their team

On his 3rd ability, I don't think that's 3 CD reductions. The "For each critical hit" part only applies to that sentence. The CD reduction is a new one. I read it as just having one less turn in between each use.
