Just my two pennies, for what it's worth.

You really should use the "be more creative", "run at defense" and in the last 15 min of the game "hit early crosses" when you're behind.

When you are trying to keep a lead, use "be more disiplined", "play narrow", "drop deeper" and "clear ball to flanks".

Especially at this level. These tactics worked wonders with my Parma and Coventry safe. But I play with a 5-2-1-2 system with 3 center backs and two wing backs. And always possession football.

I'm still hoping that one day, Thames FC won't be the most average team in the WORLD anymore. 🙈

I have the same problem as you whenever I play this game, i lose to bottom 3 teams regular, even when i am top or near the top of the league. It's like they've designed it just to annoy the heck out of me. Loving the series.

Ben your team talks have to improve, to gain consistency you need to to let the players know your not happy, the way you did in the first match should be every match, if your players are happy with calm team talks that release pressure then they should go back to school and compete for participation trophies and be replaced with men mad of sterner stuff

You need to be more harsh with your players in team talks, if i go into a half 1-0 up i always criticise and say it wasn't good enough. same for if i'm losing! always gets them fired up and motivated. i only praise if it's a 2+ goal win!
